S&S (Strength & Stretch) is a jam packed, energy filled class that provides Barbell Strength training and yoga fusion into a 60 minute class. Not only will you build muscle and strength, but you'll gain flexibility, mobility and balance. The music is fun and motivating and this class is for any fitness level. You may want to bring your own yoga mat--we have a few studio mats, but most people prefer to sweat on their own mat. Also, please allow a few extra minutes prior to class for station set up. This is truly where strength meets stretch!
Power Pump is an HOUR OF POWER! With the motivational music, you'll blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. We'll be using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Power Pump combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! Traditional strength exercises join with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Absolutely the most fun you'll have while strength training!

TKO is a fantastic combination class that is filled to the brim with a bit of kickboxing, strength (think barbells, dumbbells or sometimes just body strength--or a combination of it all!) and an added touch of Core focused tracks that will whittle away at your middle! Please bring a towel, not only to wipe your sweat, but your towel is sometimes used in your exercises. A yoga mat is sometimes nice to have as well--we have a few studio mats available for your use if you'd like, but most prefer to sweat on their own. Roll & Restore is a foam rolling class that will aid you in the recovery of your tired muscles and fascia. This class will ultimately last about 30 minutes. Certified foam roller instructors will guide you through the proper and safe ways of foam rolling. We will use a 36 inch foam roller and peanut (or tennis ball) to relieve the fascia of your feet.You will provide your own foam roller and peanut or tennis balls. POUND® is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. You'll use RIPSTIX (provided) and a yoga mat. In this fun format, you'll get a great lower body workout, awesome core workout, as well as fantastic arms! (Bring your yoga mat with you).
RUMBLE is a calorie torching, challenging, authentic and FUN Cardio MMA System! If you like the "E" section of R.I.P.P.E.D., you will LOVE RUMBLE. Easy to learn blocks make learning this new format a breeze. Plus, the addition of RUMBLE sticks (aka "weapons") in parts of the class adds intensity and authenticity. This is a total body workout, even though there's no "floor work" involved (I know this will make many of you so happy! LOL)
